sometimes i wonder why one moment i update in lj and another moment here. WEIRD. hahha.

anywayhoo, went out with seem oh yesterday in mind to keep fit! but erm.. we spend i think 1 and a half hour in the gym but not very useful to burn out fatty fats. haha. brought her to the steam room to try it. and god, she really liked it. i rmbr the last time i used it i was so so suffocating inside. didnt want to steam this time because my skin looks so so awful. cause it's peeling. another time perhaps! (:
